This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes Entrupy, Inc.’s (“Entrupy” or “we” and its derivatives) practices regarding the types, collection, use, maintenance, protection, and disclosure of the information we collect from you or that you may provide (“User” or “you” and its derivatives) if said User purchases, downloads, installs, registers with, accesses, or uses Entrupy’s website, proprietary authentication systems and services, and mobile applications or other software related thereto (collectively, the “Entrupy Services”).
This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that we collect offline or to information that you provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection). These other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
We take our obligations regarding your privacy seriously, and have made every effort to draft this Privacy Policy in a manner that is clear and easy for you to understand. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use the Entrupy Services. By purchasing, downloading, installing, registering with, accessing, or using the Entrupy Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our “Terms of Service.” In addition, our “Terms of Service” incorporates the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Entrupy Services after we revise this Policy means you accept those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.
Children’s Privacy
Entrupy Services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence. Entrupy does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18, or knowingly allow such persons to register for an account on the Entrupy Services. If we become aware that we have collected or received personal information (i.e., from a third-party consumer using Entrupy’s web-based or mobile device applications or software) from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we take reasonable steps to remove that information. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information from and about Users of the Entrupy Services directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the Entrupy Services.
Information You Provide to Us:
When you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use Entrupy Services, we may ask you to provide, and we collect, information by which you may be personally identified, including but not limited to your name, postal address, physical address, email address, telephone number, age, date of birth, location, merchandise information, images, content, metadata, billing data, credit card information, and other such identifiable information (“Personal Information”).
This information includes:
Information that you provide by filling in forms in our website or mobile application. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Entrupy Services, posting material, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us or when you report a problem with the Entrupy Services.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us, even if you are not a registered User of the Entrupy Services. If you email us, we may retain a record of such email communication, including your email address, the content of your email, and our response.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Details of transactions you carry out through the Entrupy Services and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before using the Entrupy Services.
Your search queries through the Entrupy Services
Merchandise information, images, content, metadata, and location data that you submit during the authentication process through Entrupy Services.
You may also provide information for publication or display (“Posted“) on public areas of the Entrupy Services or third-party websites you access through the Entrupy Services (collectively, “User Contributions“). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third-parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Information We Collect Automatically:
When you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use Entrupy Services, we may use technology to automatically collect information including:
Usage Details. When you access and use the Entrupy Services, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Entrupy Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Entrupy Services.
Device Information. We may collect information about your computer, mobile device, equipment you use to access Entrupy Services, and/or internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
Stored Information and Files. The Entrupy Services also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
Location Information. The Entrupy Services collect real-time information about the location of the device from which you are accessing the Entrupy Services. Location data may convey information about how you browse the Entrupy Services and may be used in conjunction with personally identifiable information. You can disable location-based services in settings associated with the Entrupy Services; however, please be aware that some features of the Entrupy Services may not function properly if location services are turned off.
The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:
Log Files. When you use the Entrupy Services, our servers automatically record certain information in server logs. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Entrupy Services, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, and other such information. Log files help us to monitor, analyze, improve and maintain the Entrupy Services and to diagnose and fix any service-related issues.
Device Identifiers. When you access the Entrupy Services using a mobile device, we collect specific device information contained in your mobile device’s “device identifier.” This device identifier includes information such as the type of device you are using, its operating system, and mobile network information, which may include your mobile phone number. We may associate this device identifier with your Entrupy Services account and will use data associated with your device identifier to customize our Entrupy Services to your device and to analyze any device-related issues.

The information that we collect, which may include personal information or which we may maintain or associate with personal information, helps us to improve the Entrupy Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

Speed up your searches and processing times for item verification.
Recognize you when you use the Entrupy Services.
Enable and improve the artificial intelligence and other technologies utilized to authenticate goods.
Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the Entrupy Services or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:
Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.

Your mobile device manufacturer.
Your mobile service provider.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:
Provide you with the Entrupy Services and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us.

Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
Notify you when updates to the Entrupy Services are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide.

If you are a User paying for Entrupy Services by credit card, we will utilize a third-party credit card payment processing company to collect payment information, including your credit card number, billing address and phone number. We will share this payment information with the third-party processing company, as detailed below in “How We Share Your Information.” However, Entrupy does not store your payment information, including your credit card number, billing address and phone number.
We may use your email address to send you Entrupy Services-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). We may also use your email address to send you announcements and information about other products or services (including third-party services) that you may be interested in (together, the “Marketing Messages”). You may opt-out of receiving Marketing Messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the Marketing Message. Through your account interface, you may also opt-out of receiving categories of Entrupy Services-related notices that are not deemed by Entrupy to be integral to your use of the Services. We use location information we collect to enable and improve the artificial intelligence and other technologies we utilize to authenticate goods, and to analyze usage patterns for the Entrupy Services.
How We Share Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our Users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction. For example, we may disclose such aggregated and non-personally identifiable information (such as aggregate and anonymous usage data, platform types, etc.) about the overall use of our Entrupy Services publicly or with interested third parties to help them understand, or to help us improve, the Entrupy Service.
In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:
To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Entrupy assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Entrupy about our Users is among the assets transferred.

To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to use an “email a friend” feature of our Entrupy Services, we will transmit the contents of that email and your email address to the recipients.

With your consent.
As directed by you. We will display your content within the Entrupy Services if you desire, as directed by you. If you elect to use a third-party application to access our Entrupy Services, then we may share or disclose your account and your content with that third-party application, as directed by you. Please remember that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties, so you should make sure you trust the application and that it has a privacy policy acceptable to you.
With trusted service providers and business partners. We may utilize trusted third party service providers to assist us in delivering our Entrupy Services. For example, we may use third parties to help host our Entrupy Services, send out email updates, or process payments. These service providers may have access to your information for the limited purpose of providing the service we have contracted with them to provide. We may also store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Entrupy (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).
We may disclose your information (including your personally identifiable information) if we are required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request. We may also disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary or appropriate to do so in order to protect the rights, property, or safety of Entrupy, our Users, or any other person or entity, or to address fraud, security or technical issues. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms provided for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.
Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You can choose whether or not to allow the Entrupy Services to collect information through other tracking technologies by calling 1-888-368-7879. You can also always opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to [email protected].
Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the Entrupy Services to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through your device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Entrupy Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotion. If you do not want us to use your contact information to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by calling 1-888-368-7879. You can also always opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to [email protected]. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to Entrupy as a result of a product purchase, financial guarantee claim, product service experience or other transactions.
Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising and Marketing. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt-out by calling 1-888-368-7879. You can also always opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to [email protected].
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI“) on the NAI’s website.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: [email protected]. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into your account and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at [email protected] to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account and invalidating any certificates of authenticity issued to you. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Entrupy Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Entrupy Services, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Service.

Your right to review, update, correct, and delete your personal information may be limited by or specific to the law of your jurisdiction. How We Protect Your Information / Risks Inherent in Sharing Information
The security of your information is important to us. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers, your address, or other billing and payment or other sensitive information, including the value of your merchandise) or make payment transactions, as part of our service, we encrypt the transmission of that information using industry-standard encryption or SSL technology.
Entrupy uses commercially reasonable and industry-standard physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. For example, we continuously and regularly back up your data to help prevent data loss and aid in data recovery. We also guard against common web attack vectors, host data in secure data centers, and implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to secure our network and better protect your information.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Entrupy Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Entrupy Services (like message boards). The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any User of the Entrupy Services or others. We cannot control the actions of other Users, entities, or individuals with whom you share your information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and maintain the security of the information associated with your account, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Entrupy Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Entrupy Services.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page, to keep you (and any third-parties who access Entrupy Services) aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
We will also provide a notice that the privacy policy has been updated to Users by email to the primary email address specified in your account. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
