Upcoming Changes to Entrupy Pricing
We wanted to let you know about upcoming changes to pricing for Entrupy Luxury Authentication which will come into effect from January 17, 2023.
Why the change?
We have kept our pricing largely unchanged since 2018, and our product and services have evolved considerably since that time. We are now making these changes to better align Entrupy’s pricing with our value, costs and continued product investments.
Product improvements: we have increased the total number of brands supported by Entrupy Luxury Authentication to 22 (adding 7 new brands in 2022). We continue to invest in improvements across our product accuracy, speed, mobile application, certification system and hardware.
Extended support hours: from January 2023, we are launching extended support hours on Saturdays from 10AM to 7PM US Eastern Time (more details to follow). We are also progressively working to enable additional support hours with a goal of delivering 24/7 support for our global customers in 2023.
Cost of doing business: as with other businesses, the costs of supporting our hardware, hosting, and general operations, has increased significantly in recent times.
Our updated pricing will ensure that we can continue to bring our customers the absolute best in authentication.
What prices are changing?
Effective from January 17, 2023, the pricing of Entrupy Luxury Authentication subscription plans and related fees will update as follows:
Authentication rollover and 10% discount included with yearly subscriptions. Monthly plans do not have authentication rollover or discounts.
Hermès Premium is not included in plans and is billed separately at $119 per item. Click here for the list of Hermès Premium styles pricing.
For current customers, new pricing will automatically go into effect for your plan on your next billing date on or after January 17, 2023.
What do I need to do?
There is no action required on your end and your current plan inclusions and functionality remain unchanged. New pricing will automatically go into effect for your plan on your next billing date on or after January 17, 2023.
