Q. When does my subscription commence?

A. Your monthly or annual subscription commences on the earlier of the first authentication submission from your account, or seven (7) days after the Entrupy device has been delivered to you.

Q. What is my billing interval date?

A. If you are on a monthly plan, your billing interval date is the same day of the month for which your subscription commences. If you are on a yearly plan, your billing interval date will be 12 months from your subscription commencement date.

Q. What am I charged for?

A. You will only be charged for authentication submissions where an Authentic or Unidentified result is issued. Other items which receive an Invalid or Not Supported result will not be chargeable for billing purposes.
