Entrupy Authentication uses a powerful combination of Artificial Intelligence and high-resolution imaging technology to objectively verify an item’s authenticity. Using your device and the Entrupy app, you capture a set of detailed, high-resolution images. Our sophisticated machine learning algorithms instantly compare these images against a massive database containing millions of records of both authentic and counterfeit products. The AI then either verifies the item or provides an “unidentified” result, typically in under 5 minutes. |

Unlike a human expert, the AI is entirely objective, it doesn’t get tired, it has no personal opinions, and it never has a “bad day.” At least one pair of eyes (expert authenticators) review all the authentications. Furthermore, with every single item you scan, the Entrupy database grows and our algorithms become smarter, continuously increasing the accuracy of our system.

訂閱計劃 如何運作？
Subscription plans provide you with a set number of tokens to use toward authentications. Different items may require different amounts of tokens; for example, Premium items are billed at a higher rate of token use.
You can select a monthly or annual plan based on your expected volume, with annual plans offering a 10% discount.
If you exceed your allotment, overages will be billed in the following cycle based on your plan’s specific token rate.

Yes, all supported brands are included in your subscription, which now also covers sneakers and apparel.
Please note that certain premium styles may require a higher number of tokens per authentication.
如果我寄照片給你，你可以鑑定我的商品嗎？
We’re unable to accept photo submissions for authentication, as we require the Entrupy app to accurately verify an item, as this allows for our AI to function at the time of the photo being captured.

如果Entrupy 發出不正確的結果會怎樣？
Entrupy Bags & Leather Goods Authentication is over 99 percent accurate, and we stand by our results. Still, to protect our customers and enable trust in transactions, we back every Entrupy Certificate with a financial guarantee. 鑑定一個商品需要多長時間？
For most items, the process of scanning and submitting an item for authentication using the Entrupy App will take between three and five minutes. Once the item has been submitted, the results are returned within minutes. In some instances, it can take up to an hour, and ultra prestige items (listed here) can take up to 24 hours.
If support is offline, can I use the app and receive results?
You can begin the authentication process at any time using the Entrupy app. Some brands and materials are eligible for ‘Instant’ authentication, meaning results may be issued within 60 seconds. For authentications submitted outside of support hours that require additional processing, results will be returned by 11:00 AM (US Eastern Time) on the next business day.
Please note that, for the purpose of the Financial Guarantee, Entrupy reserves a 15-minute review window during business hours to invalidate authentication results and certificates if necessary. For authentications performed outside of business hours, this 15-minute review window will begin at the start of the next business day.

To submit an item for authentication and receive your Certificate of Authenticity, you only need a few things:
– A registered Entrupy account with an active monthly or annual subscription plan.

– A strong and reliable WiFi connection to upload your data.
