Q: What brands does Entrupy support?
A: Currently, Entrupy supports: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Fendi, Prada, Celiné, Goyard, Balenciaga, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, YSL.
Q: How long does it take to get up and running?
A: Usually, within 1 week which includes shipment of the device.
Q: Does it work on Android?
A: No, currently supports iOS only. This includes iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Within US/Canada, yes. Outside, we will ship and bill you after your first billing cycle. Additionally, customs/duty will have to be paid by customer.
Q: How does training work?
A: We offer self-service training with additional training available if requested.
Q: Will I receive a certificate for everything I authenticate?
A: No. Certificates are only issued for items that are verified authentic.
Q: My volume changes, am I locked into my plan?
A: No. Customers may freely move between plans as needed.
Q. I just received the device, where do I start?
A. Download the IOS app then enter your username and password.
1) Plug the device into the wall
2) Open the app and connect to the device wirelessly.
3) Return to the app, pick your brand and material and follow the prompts
Q. How does the camera work?
A. Remove the lens cap from the device then place the device flat on the area you will be scanning.
Q. How do I know where to scan?
A. Follow the prompts in the app for that brand.
Q. I picked the wrong material, can I still scan my item?
A. No. You must start over again and pick the correct brand and material.
Q. My material isn’t listed but the brand is, what do I choose?
A. If the brand is supported, choose “other”.
Q. What does the UFO mean?
A. It means that the item is Unidentified and we cannot issue a certificate.
Q. What does the Magnifying Glass mean?
A. It means the item is Under Review. Results can be found in the History Tab in the app.
Q. How long does it take when an item is Under Review?
A. It can take up to 60 minutes. The results will be in the History Tab in the app.
Q. Should I submit it again?
A. No, if you disagree with the result you can flag the entry. If the images are blurry, we will contact you to re-submit it.
