We are very proud and excited to announce authentication support for Hermès leather goods. Hermès is one of the most exclusive brands in the world, with resale prices of $8,000 on up. Its items are some of the most difficult to authenticate, so you want to make sure what you’re purchasing is, indeed, authentic.

Some things to note about Hermès:

– Results for Hermes will take up to 24 hours. It’s a unique brand with lots of unique features and workmanship on almost every single item. The older the bags get, the more techniques we need to use to determine authenticity. This takes time, but not more than 24 hours. We still offer our guarantee on the result, and therefore need to be watchful of the algorithms and their efficacy in the early stages.

– Support covers Hermes bags and wallets made of all leathers, except exotic skins.  Also, support will not include canvas items at this time.

– Pricing for Hermès is different. These aren’t voluminously available in the market like other brands, and the process of building a knowledge base has been slower and more expensive.
