お客様は、Entrupy によってお客様に提供されたハードウェアは、お客様に一時的に貸与されたものであり、Entrupy がハードウェアに対するすべての所有権を保持することを理解するものとします。お客様は、Entrupy が書面で別途合意した場合を除き、ハードウェアを常に良好な動作状態および修理状態（通常の磨耗および損傷を除く）に維持するものとし、ハードウェアを常にお客様のみが所有および管理するものとします。いかなるハードウェア（交換用ハードウェアを含みます）の損失リスクも、Entrupyが該当する運送業者または配送業者にハードウェアを引き渡した時点で、お客様に移転するものとします。
In the event that you are unable to access or use the Software as a result of defective Hardware, please notify Entrupy via email at [email protected]. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, Entrupy may repair or ship replacement Hardware after receipt of the defective Hardware from you. If you have met your responsibility to maintain the Hardware in Good Condition, then the replacement will be at no cost to you; otherwise, you will pay Entrupy the applicable fees and costs for repairing or replacing the Hardware as described in the Hardware Replacement Fees for Footwear Authentication schedule below. By way of example and not limitation, damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (heat, moisture) or improper handling (drops, impact) will be considered damage for which you are responsible.
